King George Square is one of my favourite buildings at the St Lawrence Market. I purchased my suite from the developer and lived there for 11 years. I moved to the country for a couple years and on my returned I knew I wanted my Toronto condo to be back at King George Square. I’ve also made a couple of long term investment condo purchases here.
This downtown Toronto condo is a boutique style building that is known for its uniqueness and design. Designer Burka-Varacalli continued the architectural theme of Old Toronto with Brick and Stone, which allowed King George Square to blend into the neighbourhood.
The lobby is very welcoming with a professional 24 hr. concierge to greet you. The lobby offers a great lounge with gas fireplace and comfy furniture.
King George Square also has a Commercial component on the main floor and 3 front floors. The commercial side has its own elevator and shares the concierge.
King George Square is at the corner of King and Jarvis and overlooks the St James Park/Cathedral and should definitely be considered in your Toronto condos for sale search.
