King George Square is one of my favorite buildings at the St Lawrence Market. I lived here for 11 years and was an original owner. I moved to the country for a couple years and am now back and living at King George Square and also have an investment condo as well in the building. I am thrilled to be back in the building and at the St Lawrence Market neighbourhood.
This boutique style building is known for its uniqueness and design.
King George Square is at the corner of King and Jarvis and overlooks the St James Park and Cathedral.
Designer Burka-Varacalli continued the architectural theme of Old Toronto with Brick and Stone, which allowed King George Square to blend into the neighbourhood.
The lobby is very welcoming with a professional 24 hr. concierge to greet you. The lobby offers a great lounge with gas fireplace and comfy furniture.
King George Square also has a Commercial component on the main floor and 3 front floors. The commercial side has its own elevator and shares the concierge.
