When my clients wish to sell their property, my job becomes very specific – find the right buyer. How do I do this? It’s simple:

Suppose you ask me to help you sell your house. First, I will identify the best market for your property, based on location, neighbourhood, and size of property. Next, I will use typical advertising channels to directly target this market:

  • MLS: I will list your property on the Multiple Listing Service to notify all realtors of its availability.
  • SIGNAGE: To alert passers-by, I will place a “For Sale” sign on your lawn and display a poster of your property in the window of my office;
  • INTERNET: Today, the world turns to the information highway for everything.  I will be sure to get you plenty of exposure over the Internet through various sites
  • FLYERS: I will distribute flyers throughout your neighbourhood. After all, who knows better the perks of your location than the neighbours?

These visual methods lay the preliminary groundwork to my multi-tiered marketing strategy
